Davis American Legion Ambulance Corps, 1972-82. Member, Churchville Community Planning Council, 1998; President, Havre de Grace Decoy Museum. Board of Directors, R. Madison Mitchell Endowment Trust. Member, Harford County Chamber of Commerce; Havre de Grace Chamber of Commerce. Married; two children; five grandchildren.
