Admitted to Maryland Bar, 1958; District of Columbia Bar. Private pratice, 1960-75. Partner, Mannes, Meyers, Nadonley, Townsend and O'Brien, 1975-81. Member, American Bar Association; Maryland State Bar Association; Montgomery County Bar Association. Member, National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges; American Bankruptcy Institute; American Inns of Courts.
