Born in 1951. Served in U.S. Army Signal Corps. Retired from Maryland Division of Correction. Security officer, Washington County Circuit Court. Member, Sharpsburg Post no. 236, American Legion. Former officer, Sharpsburg Volunteer Fire Company, and Sharpsburg Area Rescue Service. President, Sharpsburg Little League. Member, St. Mark's Episcopal Church, Lappans, Boonsboro, Maryland. Married; three children, six grandchildren.
