Psychometrist and Counselor, 1981-84, and Director, Educational/Vocational Testing and Counseling Services, 1984-86, University Counseling Center, George Washington University. Director, Murphy & Milano, Inc., consulting firm specializing in training & organizational development, 1986-91. Private mediation practice, Charles County, 1991-2001. Founding member, Conservancy for Charles County (past board member). Member, Southern Maryland Leadership Committee, Reality Check Plus. Board of Directors, Senior Services of Charles County, Inc. Founder, Foster Children's Support Fund. Member, Mattawoman Creek Citizens Advisory Committee; Charles County Chamber of Commerce; Waldorf Rotary Club. Foster parent.
