Chair, Maryland Rural Counties Coalition, 2014-, and member, Legislative Committee, 2015-, Maryland Association of Counties. Member, Freedom Area Citizens Council; South Carroll Republican Club. Former board member, Carroll County Chamber of Commerce; South Carroll Business Association (past vice-president); Change, Inc. (past treasurer). Instructor, Carroll Community College. Member, Holy Family Catholic Church, Randallstown. Married; six children.
