Born in 1943. Attended Beall High School, Frostburg; Allegany Community College. Member, Kiwanis Club of Cumberland; Mt. Lodge no. 99, AF & AM, Frostburg; Classy Chassis Car Club. Married; two children, four grandchildren. Died in Cumberland, Maryland, March 21, 2007.
