• Interim Report, February 2015

In March 2014, the Senate President and House Speaker convened the Maryland Economic Development and Business Climate Commission. The Commission is to examine the State's current economic development structure and incentive programs, and make recommendations to keep Maryland competitive in economic and private sector growth and prosperity.

The Commission submitted a report to the Senate President and House Speaker on February 12, 2015, and plans to report again in September 2015 on State and local business-related taxes and tax incentives.
