Essex Community College, A.A., 1970; University of Maryland, vocational education certificate, 1974; University of Baltimore, B.A. (political science), 1980. Mike Weir and Sons Masonry (family business), 1966-2004. Fire Captain, Baltimore County Fire Department, 1981-. President, 5th District Democratic Club, 1996-.
